Ans : Barosi “Pure & Sure” Promise: Our technology uses sensors and IoT (Internet-of-Things) devices to check the quality of milk daily at our milk plant. Only milk which passes our quality check is approved and bottled for the next day delivery. A daily milk nutritional report is generated, which is visible to our subscribers on our applications.
What’s more, our customers can also check the journey (provenance) of milk from our farm to their homes daily, using our Mobile Applications, making the supply chain absolutely honest, transparent and accessible.
The Barosi farm is spread over 2 acres at village Jatauli, near Pataudi (Tehsil), in Gurgaon district of Haryana in India.
We have – Sahiwal, Rathi, Crossbreed Holstein Cows and Murrah Buffaloes at our Farm.
Presently Barosi delivers its farm fresh dairy products in Gurgaon only. Customers can subscribe to milk subscription through our website and mobile applications. Authentic food products of the Natural Kitchen are however available pan-India and can be ordered from our website and mobile applications (iOS & Android). You can also order them from leading marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart in India and internationally through marketplaces like Distacart.com

Only registered customers can checkout and place orders on our website. Registered members need to be logged in at the time of checking out. They will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
You can register yourself by using our mobile applications or website. On the website, you can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information
On our Mobile Applications, you can simply login using your mobile number and an OTP. You then need to create your profile by adding your details first before placing an order.
No. Each unique email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one Barosi account.
You can have multiple delivery addresses for your Barosi account but milk delivery is possible on one primary address only (You can avail dairy services in Gurgaon as of now)
Members in the same family can have the same address provided the email address and phone numbers associated with the accounts are unique.

Throughout the above stages, our order fulfilment team continuously tracks your order so that you get your desired product within the expected time . In case the order cannot be processed for any unforeseen reasons, our Team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
My Account is the section you reach after you log in on Barosi website/ mobile applications. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credits as well as see your order history and update your contact details.
You can login to your profile using an OTP on your Mobile device and then you can change your password in “My Profile”.
The milk is packed hygienically in sustainable and recyclable 1 litre and 0.5 litre glass bottles and is delivered in sustainable Jute bags.
Yes, the glass bottles are recycled for the next days’ deliveries at our Farms, making our entire milk distribution process sustainable. You need to rinse the bottle and put it back into the jute bag. The bottle gets collected back; the Jute bag is retained with you for the next day’s delivery.
The glass bottle is sustainable but brittle. We sincerely urge you to handle it with care as broken glass could potentially cause injury.
There is a charge of Rs. 50/- per broken bottle, on a case-to-case basis.
We will start delivering milk the next day if you confirm your subscription before 8 P.M. on the previous day. If you subscribe after 8 P.M, we will start the delivery on the 2nd day that follows.
For example, if you subscribe at 7 P.M. on the 1st of Jan. 2022, your first delivery will be on 2nd Jan. 2022.
If you subscribe at 9 P.M. on the 1st of Jan. 2022, your first delivery will be on 3rd Jan. 2022
Yes - Milk delivery can be conveniently paused, put on hold and resumed, at any time. You can plan your milk delivery schedule on our mobile applications or website.
Yes, the milk quantity can be temporarily increased or reduced, as per your requirements.
Yes, you can change your choice of milk – start/stop the subscription or increase/reduce the milk quantity before 9:30 PM through our mobile applications or website.
The delivered quantity of milk or dairy products will be adjusted against the subscribed quantity, on a daily basis. A monthly delivery statement is available for your reference in “My Statement” section on our website and mobile applications. The delivery will continue uninterrupted within the available balance in your Barosi Wallet.
Your subscription will remain active till you wish to continue our services. We request you to inform us at least 15 days in advance in case you wish to discontinue your dairy subscription, for us to settle your accounts and the unused balance in your Barosi Wallet.
Our Team will reach out to you if there is no subscription activity from your account for 15 days, without any prior intimation, to ensure a hassle-free experience. The unused subscription amount in your wallet can be used to purchase authentic Barosi food products
Yes - in exceptional circumstances and with prior intimation, the milk delivery can be made to a designated neighbour.
You can cancel the order till is in “Under Process” state. Once your order it is in “Out for Delivery” or “Shipped” state you cannot cancel the order. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of your order.
No - you can only order products in stock. We try to ensure availability of all the products on our website. However, due to supply chain and strong quality check constraints, sometimes this is not possible.
You can check your order status in “My Orders” section on our website or mobile applications.
At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item. Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you are not available at the time of order delivery, or you haven’t checked the list at the time of delivery, we provide a reporting window of 48 hrs. to report missing items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.
We have a dedicated team of trained delivery staff, and a fleet of vehicles operating across some cities, who ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers. For outstation orders we operate through our delivery partners like Delhivery, Shiprocket and Amazon Shipping.

Our farm fresh milk is delivered between 5:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. every morning.
The Barosi delivery person will ring your doorbell and hand over the milk in person. This helps preserve the quality since the milk can be put in the refrigerator immediately.
The Barosi delivery person will keep the milk outside your door/gate. You should opt for this only if the hand delivery is inconvenient.
Your milk is delivered 7 days a week, 365 days a year, unless there is an exceptional and uncontrollable event or emergency situation.

Credit balance reflect the amount of money which you have pending in your Barosi Wallet to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus undelivered value. You can see this in "My Account"
All prices shown on Website are inclusive of GST. Delivery charges may be applicable on case-to-case basis and these would be visible on the website or mobile applications while placing your order.
Yes! It is absolutely safe to use your card on the Barosi website or mobile applications using the Secure Socket layer (https://). We have an additional authentication pass code Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code), which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using Visa or MasterCard Credit Card.
We do not retain or store customer card data on our website. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
At Barosi, we have a strict quality check process to ensure that the product we dispatch is consistent with our brand and quality standards. As most of our products are shipped in sustainable glass jars, our products are non-returnable to limit loss of products in handling during returns.
In the rare case however that you are not satisfied with our product, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team. We will validate your feedback or concerns, and will endeavour to replace or refund the product within reasonable and mutually agreeable limits.
We reserve the right to deny Returns or Refunds in case we feel that the return request is unfair, and goes against the generally accepted practices of business.
